By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.
If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf before you use the Site or place an order. This website is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
1. Interpretation & Definitions

- “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to any purchaser, visitor, or user of this website.
- “Products” refers to the cosmetic bases, ingredients, oils, raw materials, and other goods sold by Natural Wholesale.
- Headings are included for convenience and do not affect the meaning of these Terms.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, make up the full agreement between you and Natural Wholesale regarding your use of this website and purchase of Products.
2. Wholesale, Private Label & Resale Use
Natural Wholesale sells bulk products, cosmetic bases, oils, ingredients, and related products that may be used by businesses, makers, spas, salons, skincare brands, and other customers.
Customers may purchase our Products to:
- Use as ingredients or bases in their own products.
- Repackage under their own brand.
- Modify, scent, customize, or combine with other ingredients.
- Supply or resell to their own customers.
Once Products are modified, repackaged, relabeled, marketed, or resold by the customer, the customer is responsible for the final product, including its safety, labeling, claims, shelf life, storage instructions, and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Labeling, Claims & Regulatory Responsibility
We provide product information, including ingredient details, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Customers are responsible for all labels, directions, warnings, claims, and marketing statements they create for their own finished products.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Ingredient lists.
- Usage directions.
- Allergy or sensitivity warnings.
- Storage instructions.
- Cosmetic, skincare, performance, or marketing claims.
- Claims made on packaging, websites, ads, product listings, or social media.
Natural Wholesale does not approve, validate, or guarantee customer-created labels, claims, or marketing materials. If you plan to resell, relabel, or modify Products, we recommend reviewing all applicable cosmetic labeling requirements and conducting any testing needed for your intended use.
4. Product Information, Natural Variation & Testing
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and ingredient information.
Because many of our Products contain naturally derived ingredients, slight differences in color, scent, texture, viscosity, or appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a Product is suitable for their specific formula, packaging, market, or end use.
We strongly recommend ordering samples and conducting your own testing before placing a bulk order or selling a finished product.
5. Shelf Life & Storage
Shelf life can be affected by storage conditions, packaging, exposure to air, temperature, light, contamination, and whether a Product has been modified or repackaged.
Natural Wholesale does not guarantee a specific shelf life for Products after they leave our facility, especially once Products have been opened, altered, repackaged, or stored outside our control.
Customers are responsible for proper storage after delivery and for validating any shelf life, expiration date, or period-after-opening date they place on their own finished products.
6. Samples & Bulk Orders
Samples are available for many Products and are strongly recommended before purchasing larger sizes.
Bulk Products may vary slightly in scent, color, texture, or appearance due to natural ingredient variation. Dissatisfaction with a normal Product characteristic, such as fragrance strength, texture, or color, is not generally considered a Product defect.
Before ordering in bulk, please make sure the Product is appropriate for your intended use.
7. Orders, Payment, Pricing & Availability
- Payment is required before an order ships unless other written payment terms have been approved by Natural Wholesale.
- Orders are not guaranteed until payment has cleared.
- Prices and Product availability may change without notice.
- Because oils, ingredients, packaging, and raw materials can fluctuate in cost and availability, pricing is confirmed at the time the order is placed.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse an order, or cancel an order if a Product was listed incorrectly or is unavailable.
Some Products, large orders, or custom requests may require minimum order quantities, additional lead time, or adjusted production timelines.
8. Backorders & Partial Shipments
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we may contact you, hold the order until complete, or ship available items separately.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays when they occur.
9. Shipping, Delivery & Damage Claims
Orders are shipped from Sparks, Nevada.
Shipping timelines are estimates only. While we work hard to process and ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to raw material availability, production volume, weather, carrier delays, supply chain issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
For legal and shipping purposes, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is given to the carrier.
That said, if there is a shipping issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help review the situation.
Customers should inspect deliveries promptly. If a package or freight shipment arrives damaged, please note visible damage with the carrier at delivery and contact us within 10 days of receipt.
For freight shipments, customers are responsible for arranging any needed climate-controlled transport or special delivery requirements.
10. Returns & Refunds
Because we sell bulk cosmetic bases, ingredients, oils, and wholesale products, returns are limited.
Products generally cannot be returned once shipped unless there is verified shipping damage, a fulfillment error, or another issue approved by Natural Wholesale.
Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy before ordering and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Samples are recommended before placing bulk orders.
11. Product Safety & Use
Products sold by Natural Wholesale are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
No statements on this website have been evaluated by the FDA or any other regulatory agency.
Customers are responsible for safe handling, appropriate use, proper storage, and any testing needed for their intended application.
Products may cause allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, or adverse effects in some individuals. Customers who repackage, modify, or resell Products are responsible for providing appropriate warnings and directions to their own customers.
12. Business & Product Liability Insurance
Customers who repackage, modify, relabel, distribute, or resell Natural Wholesale Products should maintain appropriate business and product liability insurance.
Natural Wholesale’s insurance does not cover Products once they have been altered, repackaged, relabeled, marketed, or distributed by the customer.
13. Website Content, Copyright & Trademarks
All content on this website, including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and code, belongs to Natural Wholesale or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may view, print, or save website content for the purpose of evaluating or placing an order.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website content, product descriptions, images, trademarks, trade names, formulas, documentation, or proprietary materials without prior written permission from Natural Wholesale.
14. Product Formulas & Confidential Information
Product formulas, manufacturing details, supplier information, pricing structures, internal processes, and non-public documentation provided by Natural Wholesale are considered proprietary and confidential.
Customers may not copy, reverse-engineer, disclose, reproduce, or distribute this information without written permission.
15. User Accounts & Security
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe there has been misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
16. Export & Trade Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that Products purchased from Natural Wholesale are not exported, sold, or distributed in violation of U.S. export control laws, sanctions, or other applicable trade restrictions.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Wholesale disclaims warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that a Product will be suitable for every customer’s specific formula, packaging, market, claim, use, or business purpose.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Wholesale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, modification, repackaging, resale, or distribution of our Products.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a Product is limited to the purchase price of the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
19. Customer Responsibility & Indemnification
If a claim, loss, damage, liability, or legal expense arises from your modification, repackaging, labeling, marketing, resale, distribution, or misuse of our Products, you agree to be responsible for that claim and to indemnify and hold Natural Wholesale harmless to the extent permitted by law.
This includes claims related to your labels, marketing statements, regulatory compliance, product claims, finished product safety, or violation of these Terms.
20. Events Outside Our Control
Natural Wholesale is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, epidemics, pandemics, labor disruptions, transportation delays, supply chain interruptions, equipment failures, power outages, government actions, war, terrorism, or other unexpected events.
If such an event prevents fulfillment for an extended period of time, either party may cancel the affected order without additional liability, except for payment obligations already incurred.
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any dispute relating to these Terms, this website, or purchases from Natural Wholesale shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.

23. Severability
