Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your shipment on items unused and in their original sealed condition. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. For sanitary reasons and due to the nature of raw materials, items must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. If we ship an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or refund your account. Please contact us.

If you accidentally order the incorrect item and you have not opened the packaging, then you can return it to us within 30 days at your cost and we will refund or exchange your account.

Shipping

Stock items are shipped 1-4 days with USPS or UPS.

Orders containing items in volumes 1 gallon or less take 2-8 business days. Orders containing items in volumes 5 gallons take 7-15 business days. Orders containing items in volumes 25 gallons or more take 10-35 business days. 

Please do not sign for any shipment until you have inspected for damage and have the delivery driver acknowledge the damage. Please contact us immediately if there is damage to your shipment.
