At Natural Wholesale, we work hard to process and ship your orders quickly and accurately. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

Shipping & Processing Times

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typical processing times are:

  • Orders containing 1 gallon or less: 2–8 business days processing
  • Orders containing 5 gallons: 7–15 business days processing
  • Orders containing 25 gallons or more: 10–35 business days processing
  • Standard shipping transit time: 3–6 days

Please note that these timelines are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet them, processing times may vary due to raw material availability, order volume, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Natural Wholesale does not guarantee delivery dates unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

In some cases, depending on stock availability and production capacity, expedited or rush processing and shipping may be offered at an additional cost. Customers should contact us in advance if expedited service is required so we can confirm availability and provide a quote.


Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Point & Risk of Loss
    All orders are shipped FOB Sparks, Nevada. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once products are loaded onto the carrier. Natural Wholesale is not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, or damages that occur in transit.
  • Carrier Performance
    We do not guarantee the performance of shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate freight or climate-controlled transport when needed.
  • Backorders & Partial Shipments
    In the event of a backorder, we may choose to hold your order until it is complete, or ship a partial order at our discretion.

Receiving Your Order

  • Inspection
    All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
  • Damaged Shipments
    • Customers must inspect all shipments at delivery. Do not sign for a package showing visible damage without noting it with the carrier.
    • If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 10 days and retain all packaging materials for inspection.
    • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the claim, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final
    Due to the nature of our bulk and wholesale products, all sales are final.
  • No Returns for Preference
    We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as dissatisfaction with color, fragrance, viscosity, or other natural variations. Slight differences may occur between batches due to the natural properties of raw ingredients.
  • Samples Strongly Recommended
    We highly encourage ordering samples before placing bulk orders to ensure a product meets your expectations.
  • Exceptions
    Returns are accepted only in cases of verified shipping damage reported within 10 days of receipt. If the product shipped matches the product ordered, the sale is final.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled only before processing has begun. Once an order has entered production, packaging, or shipping stages, it cannot be canceled.
  • Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to hello@naturalwholesale.com and are not effective until confirmed by Natural Wholesale.
  • Custom, bulk, and special-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
